JT has really supported me and benefitted me in terms of my goal to restart my lifestyle habits and become a better athlete.
I was in a rut with nutrition and poor eating habits and JT’s expertise and large quantity of documents/advice has changed this around for me very quickly and got me on the right path.
I was also plateauing when it came to the gym and I was struggling to get past my current maxes. Within the first month or so with JT I have seen weight increases in all 3 of my comp lifts and generally feeling more athletic when I am on the field.
Overall I couldn’t be happier with my time so far with JT and look forward to smashing more goals down the line.
