I am a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and felt like I was lacking physically compared to my competitors. I was implementing my own strength and conditioning program prior to reaching out to JT performance, however I was poorly managing periodisation in my program and therefore was constantly burning out. Since working with my coach at JT Performance I have more consistent energy throughout the week as well as week to week, I have noticed significant strength gains in the gym and translating to my sport, increased weight gain which was one of my goals as well as learning more about strength and conditioning in general.
