
Hours: Starting at 2 hours per week, with potential to grow to 10 hours depending on demand
Salary: £35/hr base rate
Performance-Related Pay: Up to £45/hr depending on contribution and athlete engagement (open to negotiations)
Location: Fully remote

JT Performance is an Online Strength and Conditioning company that specialises in working with combat and contact athletes, from an amateur to professional level.
Our objective is to provide world class strength and conditioning support to athletes in an online format. We provide strength and conditioning plans, alongside nutrition and lifestyle protocols to support the athletic development of athletes. Whilst also offering regular educational workshops in all areas related to performance – time management, sleep, sports psychology etc.
Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1-to-1 consultations with high-performance athletes
- Build and contribute to our library of psychological resources and tools for athletes
- Communicate relevant insights to Strength & Conditioning coaches to support holistic programming
- Offer innovative ideas to help develop and integrate psychological services into our overall coaching model
Requirements, Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS), or international equivalent
- Experience working in high performance sport, preferably in contact or combat sports
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Desirable:
- Background or experience in strength & conditioning and/or sports nutrition
- Personal experience competing in contact or combat sports
- UKSCA Accreditation
